Waited 3 months to stitch this together then the Gigapan Stitcher v1.0.0031 appeared and stitched it like a dream!

The above image is made from 1014 pictures @ 2048 x 1536 pixels and took 2 hours to stitch on a Intel Core2Quad Q6600 with 4gb ram.
